MulchMap is a free online directory that connects consumers with local mulch suppliers across all 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Our service provides information about bulk mulch, bagged mulch, delivery options, and pricing from suppliers in your area. Our service is intended for users located in the United States.
All basic directory listings are provided free of charge. Provider information is compiled from public records and user submissions. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete.
If you own or operate a mulch supplier listed on our directory, you have the right to claim your listing. Once your claim is verified and approved by our administrators, you may update your business information including address, contact details, hours of operation, and services offered. All information must be factual and accurate. Misleading claims, false advertising, or promotional language such as "best supplier" or "guaranteed results" are not permitted.
Mulch suppliers may submit their business for inclusion in our directory at no cost. All submissions are subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet our quality standards or appear fraudulent.
If you are the verified owner of a listed provider and wish to have your listing removed from our directory, please contact us. We will process removal requests within a reasonable timeframe.
We offer premium advertising options for verified mulch suppliers who wish to increase their visibility on our platform:
To purchase premium advertising, you must first submit or claim your provider listing and receive approval from our administrators. Premium services are only available to verified provider owners or authorized representatives.
Premium advertising is offered on a monthly subscription basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a premium service, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method until you cancel your subscription.
All premium advertising purchases are non-refundable. We do not guarantee specific results, traffic levels, or business outcomes from premium placements. Premium services are designed to increase visibility and help your provider stand out, but actual results depend on many factors outside our control.
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.
You may create an account to claim listings, submit providers, or purchase premium services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as needed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MulchMap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
